5. Platform Fee
A non-refundable platform fee of Rs10 + GST is applicable for initiating a bid request. This fee must be paid through our payment gateway.
6. Bid Process
Once a bid request is initiated, property owners will be notified to submit exclusive bid offers. You agree to offers and may confirm a booking by making a partial or full payment, including GST.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for bookings are defined by property owners. Any balance payment must be made directly to the property upon check-in.
8. Property Listings
Property details are provided by property owners. StayBidzo is not responsible for the accuracy of these details.
9. Responsibility
StayBidzo is an aggregator and does not handle invoicing between property owners and customers.
10. Bid Response
Bid response from property owners is at their discretion. StayBidzo has no control over the bid response process.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are defined by property owners and may vary. Please review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking.
12. Website Use
12.1 You may use the StayBidzo website for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use or unauthorized access to the website is strictly prohibited.
