• Entry to Fish Farm beside the Villa is prohibited unless informed.
• Check In will be permitted only after entire payment along with security deposit is received.
• Customers are requested to use the property with care
• Customer should clean the plates or glasses or whatever they use from the kitchen and keep it back. All trash should go in the dustbin. Alternatively, you can tell the care takers to do it for you at nominal charges. (Check with care taker for the charges)
• Do not move the position of Beds, speaker and any other movable items.
• Beatrice Farm reserves rights to take decisions on anything
that is not mentioned explicitly.
• Beatrice Farm will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guest due to external calamities beyond their control.
• Additional, Rs.5000/- security deposit to be paid during check in which will be refunded during check out. In case of any damage or misuse to the property in any way, amount will be deducted from the security deposit and the rest if any will be refunded.
• Late check out without notice may incur extra charge of Rs.1000/- per hour
• Eating, Drinking and Smoking in the pool and rooms is not allowed due to safety reasons. If found doing so will be fined Rs.1000/-
• Any misplacement of items or damage to Villa in any form or not following the above rules will attract
charges as applicable.
