Additional refundable (damage) deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided that -
(1) There is no damage caused to/in the property,
(2) The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and
(3) The check-out time is adhered to strictly.

1. Late Check out is chargeable per hour.
2. We suggest that you carry your own towels and toiletries.
3. Outdoor music to be restricted uptil 10:00 pm only. You can play music indoors.
4. Power outage by MSEB is not in our control. We do have inverter back up.
5. Pets are not allowed
6. For Security purposes – ID card/Aadhar Card is mandatory at the time of check-in.
6. Sole responsibility of any luggage and valuables will be of the customers.
7. Anyone found in possession of/smoking/doing drugs which have been banned/prohibited/regulated as per the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
8. The management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the
room
9. No plucking of fruits, vegetable and flowers from any property.
10. Smoking allowed in the allotted smoking area or outside the Villa.
11. No Hukka allowed in the Property.
12. No drinks allowed in the pool area.
13. While using Swimming Pool, I/We agree and acknowledge that when entering and
using the unsupervised amenity Pool, I/We do so at our own risk and that Villa Management
shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage
