• 50% Down payment is required in order to successfully reserve a particular area of Tatvaraj Farms. It shall be deposited through our bank account and the deposit slip must be sent to our email ([email protected]) for confirmation.
• The remaining balance should be paid in cash on the day of the reservation. We do not allow downgrading of packages. Please be advised that if you cancel the reservation, the reservation fee shall be forfeited. It is non-refundable and non rebook-able.
• Swimming attire is mandatory to enter the pool.
• Late check-out charges are applicable.
Children Policy
• Children below 2 years will not be chargeable.
• Children 2 to 12 years will be chargeable and above 12 will be considered as adult.
• Please note that the guests are required to provide a valid government approved photo identity proof at the reception at the time of check-in, without which the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
